La Doña Nanouce is a studio and a story about a Spanish-Lebanese lady artisan. She brings passion, beauty and deliciousness to handmade craft items, cookies and fanciful cakes.
Her Beginning
It all began in a rural forest of the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. Her home became a sanctuary nestled in nature and a place to find beauty and appreciation for all things flourishing and colourful. She was already a baker, maker and painter since a young girl but something in her garden told her to create in a different way...
"A vibrant, healthy and happy garden was a lot like creating with love. Passion and love makes your garden come flourishing with life and it changes everything about your sense of inner-peace."
- Nancy Ghaida, ARTISAN & ARTIST
She suddenly began combining all her obsessions into something she can share. Her values and her talents manifested in the form of something original yet delicious. Nancy's crafts along with her desserts became more than just pretty things - they became an experience. Family, friends and guests along with all those who witnessed her growing collection of cakes, boxes, paper flowers, handcrafted cookies and individually painted macaroons were astonished...

The neighbors gleefully awaited for holiday or birthday macaroons knowing she would always bake as gifts. Her family looking forward to dessert surprises for holiday gatherings. Then, completely unsolicited, Nancy began getting requests for anniversaries, gatherings and weddings. Her delicious art even blossomed to requests for corporate events, special occasions and baby showers.
